There are USCG Safety Equipment Recalls review and make adjustments for compliance with USCG and ISAF Requirements. CG.web uscgboating.org, click on home.

Inspection Forms:

• Print out two (2) copies of the inspection form; one you will retain and the second will be presented to your inspector.
  
• Inspections will be performed in the So. California area before June 15, 2008 this will give you time to make any necessary adjustments.
  

Crew Medical Profiles:

• Print out two (2) copies for each crew member aboard your vessel. Have each crew member complete two (2) copies. Keep one copy of each for your files and send the other copies to the chief inspector at the address found on below.
