2007 FOURTH AMENDMENT The NOTICE OF RACE is hereby amended to provide as follows: Add 4.4 4.4 Transpacific Yacht Club may have an ad-hoc technical committee review a yacht’s eligibility or configuration limitations and make recommendations to the Transpacific Yacht Club Board of Directors. The board of directors has the final authority to accept or reject a yacht’s entry even though it may or may not meet the requirements of the notice of race. June 5, 2007
