THIRD AMENDMENT
TO THE NOTICE OF RACE DATED
SEPTEMBER 26 2006

The NOTICE OF RACE is hereby amended to provide as follows:

Delete 4.3 as amended by the 2nd Amendment and replaced with the new 4.3.

4.3 Division 1 yachts and those yachts that require the use of the Transpac Limit VPP to establish their rating, must be launched, sailed in their Transpac configuration, and have submitted final data for their rating certificate by June 21, 2007. All other yachts must be launched, sailed in their Transpac configuration, and have submitted final data for their rating certificate by close of entries, June 7, 2007. See Section 15.4 for late penalties.
