SECOND AMENDMENT
TO THE NOTICE OF RACE DATED
SEPTEMBER 26 2006

The NOTICE OF RACE is hereby amended to provide as follows:

Delete 4.3 and replaced with the new 4.3

4.3 All yachts except Division 1 yachts must be launched, sailed in their Transpac configuration, and have submitted final data for their rating certificate by close of entries, June 7, 2007. Division 1 yachts must be launched, sailed in their Transpac configuration, and have submitted final data for their rating certificate by June 21, 2007. See Section 15.4 for late penalties.

Delete 13.1 and replace with the new 13.1

13.1 Transpac will recognize a multihull fleet if two or more yachts enter.
