The New Inspection and Medical Forms

TRANSPACIFIC YACHT CLUB

To: All entrants of 2007 Transpacific Yacht Race from Los Angeles, California to Honolulu, Hawaii

The Transpacific Yacht Club is becoming of age and we are streamlining various areas and committees.

We have decided to provide the inspection and crew medical profile forms on our website in order to save time and money for all involved. Log on to the web address below, click on the link for ‘Safety Inspections’ and follow the instructions below:

There are USCG Safety Equipment Recalls review and make adjustments for compliance with USCG and ISAF Requirements. CG.web uscgboating.org, click on home.

Inspection Forms:

  • Print out two (2) copies of the inspection form; one you will retain and the second will be presented to your inspector.
  • Refer to the list of inspectors, locate an inspector in your area and set up a timely appointment, prior to July 1, 2007. Present him with one (1) copy of the form that he will fill out and return to the chief inspector.

Crew Medical Profiles:

  • Print out two (2) copies for each crew member aboard your vessel. Have each crew member complete two (2) copies. Keep one copy of each for your files and send the other copies to the chief inspector at the address found on the inspectors list.
