In the Notice of Race Paragraph 16.2 refers to "Transpac Wind Matrix (see appendix A1 of the Sailing Instructions) "

 

Appendix A1 fell thru the cracks somewhere along the line. Also the original sailing instructions were split in separate "Notice of Race" and "Sailing Instructions". Because Appendix A1 contains informaiton necessary for eligibility for some yachts, it probably should become an appendix to the NOR. Until it is determined where this information should be posted we will provide the table from the 1997 Sailing Instruction here for reference. This copy is valid for the 2005 Transpac Race.
