NOTICE OF RACE
FOURTH AMENDMENT
TO THE NOTICE OF RACE DATED
SEPTEMBER 9, 2004
The second paragraph under the heading Aloha Class in Section 1.2 of the Notice of Race is hereby amended to provide as follows:
Aloha class yachts may use power winches (this modifies RRS 52.) Such use must be declared in writing at the time of entry. The use of powered winches by Aloha Class yachts that are also racing in the "PHRF Special Class" does not constitute a violation of the PHRF rules.
