2003 Transpacific Yacht Race NOTICE OF RACE
First Amendment, October 7th, 2002. Section 3.1 of the NOTICE OF RACE dated September 30, 2002 is hereby amended by deleting all but the first sentence of said section. Section 3.1 now provides as follows: 3.1 Irrespective of a specific class rule, there is no limitation on the number of spinnakers or staysails carried.
