1. The forms are available in PDF format which can be downloaded, saved and printed using any of the standard PDF readers that are available on the WEB.


2. For those without access to a PDF reader there is an Entry Forms Page which has the five documents needed to submit an entry in individual HTML files. These can be brought up in any browser and printed.


3. Finally, there is an On Line Form which duplicates three of the five forms needed to complete a race entry. When submitted the information goes to the Entry Chairman, Jerry Montgomery, electronically. Once this information is received, those forms which require signatures are snail-mailed to the entrant for completion.

Once the information is received by TPYC there should be a follow up sent to the registrant. If you do not hear from the Entry Committee within a reasonable amount of time please contact one of us listed below or Jerry Montgomery via Email at: mmmont@aol.com to verify that your entry was received.
