The Los Angeles to Hawaii as the Transpac Communication vessel is the first leg on Alaska Eagle's 2001-2002 Sailing Adventure Schedule, which will take to boat from California to Hawaii, Tahiti, Chile and Antarctica for a scheduled return to California in September 2002.
